V Description of the MUSE.
I: Preliminary chapter.
Paul Janet started his
«elementary» work «dealt of philosophy» by
«in the ordinary language the word philosopher is often employed
to designate a man who stands the pain and the adversity with courage
and who knows also to drive themselves with moderation in the
prosperity: Aequam mememto re- bus in arduis servare mentem no secus in
bonis (Horace, Odes II,3.). In this very practical sense the
philosopher is a wise and the philosophy is something else than WISDOM.
another point of view, a philosopher is a spirit curious, difficult,
which realizes of its ideas, which does not believe slightly in the
word of others, but refers itself some to its own reason, which in a
word examines before judging. Thus heard the philosophy is FREE
EXAMINATION. Of this quotation we edge deduce the aim from the book who
follows" the wisdom "and the method used to manages there who is" the
free exam." Several truths stated are clean and edge Be delivered in

Be delivered in question. I C not pretend to hold the absolute truth
goal I think that although several offers of my writing are hardware
understanding they are not less true. others are already shared with
some friends and can also be called in question. I do not claim to hold
the absolute truth, but I think that although several proposals for a
my writing are difficult of comprehension, they are not less true.
Certain expressed thoughts in this work are the mind. In example:"For
child someday the day would Be his life year the infinite; for the
adult the day would Be the moment year decreasingly jusqu ' At it which
resemble the one before', ' until At almost nothing. L ' balances will,
the dead only would Be than the end of has tiring rehearsal. Yew it
were this paradox which pushes the moment to has new life, has new
eternity for every experiment and who custom hangs up again At the
life, At its wealthy whatever the moment and the age. "Gold still:"Take

protection of our body; thought butt gist yew He in east who appears
first. Of the fact of his coming I call thought butt it of order one.
With big respect for its laws who allow me to subsist. But come

This new kind of thought impose of new different laws well. Always
keeping this character vital I acknowledge these thoughts and I respect
his order of appearance who is the second. Why to stop themselves since

Always schooling has new procession of special vital laws opposing
themselves to the one that I just declared. The thoughts of order three
were born, egotistical they imposes the desired act. "Gold even still
the presentation of universal lawsAnd to finish the overview, the
presented thought like has sense.
II Wording of the universal
laws. "Pure logic"
First Universal Law
The matter attracts the matter, the thought attracts the ideas...
Second Universal Law
A phenomenon creates another phenomenon which will maintain and
accelerate the first phenomenon. The thought attracts or creates ideas
which will maintain it and to accelerate it...
Third Universal Law
Each thought has a beginning of acceleration and an end, or balances,
and it can be analyzed only compared to itself...
Fourth Universal Law
During the study of the interferences with photons, or other particles
as one has known it for one year, whatever the course carried out the
particles arrive at the same place. The application of the law to the
thought gives: whatever the ideas or the advance of the thought, many
philosophers arrived on certain points at the same result which
represents a universal thought...
Fifth Universal Law
The association of several thoughts creates a new thought which will
have its own laws and its own existence, in the same way the
association of several entities will form a unit which will have its
own existence and its own laws...
III: Applications of the
Universal Laws " Applied logic "
The aim of the five paragraphs
who follow is to develop the laws stated previously in different
examples. The method used is the application of these laws in
opposition to a comparison or an analogy. In other words the examples
developed in the following chapters are cases of direct applications of
Certain examples have a scientific aspect which can seem long and
difficult and ask for even the use of a calculator, their readings is
not obligatory in measurement or all the examples are taken again in
various forms. The objective of the presentation of the examples is to
make so that none is obligatory of comprehension, in other words
multiply the examples which express the idea which characterizes each
Sciences use the free reflexion, the religion uses the faith, and,
poetry uses imagination. Passed the introduction to artistic
connotation of each paragraph, only sciences "physics, chemistry,
biochemistry" are acknowledged like example...
A: Applications of the first
Universal Law " applied logic "
The matter attracts the matter,
the thought attracts the ideas.
When the object of my desires guides my thought, that if with the
liking of its torments involves, like the mistress her schoolboys, his
procession of young thoughts. The unit becomes group left the bottom of
the spirit and in its thoughts it is not inevitably the mistress who
will be tallest and whom I will keep.
The first example that we can quote of this law is drawn from a science
which we name astronomy. It is the universal gravitation...
Laws of Kepler...

Appendix A1, Kepler
Appendix A2, Solar and Heliospheric Observatory
Appendix A3, the free fall
A4 Appendix, Newton
Appendix A5, Bernoulli

B: Applications of the second
Universal Law "applied logic"
A phenomenon creates another
phenomenon which will maintain and accelerate the first phenomenon. The
thought attracts or creates ideas which will maintain it and to
The first step is a balanced thought induced by the experiment. This
thought is stable of quality and intensity. When a person during a
discussion speaks to you about her experiment and her thought. This
represents an idea, and this idea will modify your thought. Second step
this new thought will be again subjected to the idea and again will
become a new thought. Third step and so on until your thought with
force to be subjected to the idea becomes again a balanced thought
which will be transformed into clean idea, ready to start again a
thought. This first dance although simplest, without problem of limit
is most frequent.
Operation of an induction unit...
Example on a flow. On water...
B1 appendix, physical Phenomenon observed on water
C: Applications of the third
Universal Law "applied logic"
The intelligence is the thing
left again best in the world, everyone thinks of having of it enough,
considering which it is with his that it judges some "
[ Coluche ]
Induced axiom of this law: The zero do not exist in science.
D: Applications of the fourth
Universal Law "applied logic"
So tomorrow I believe that
nothing is of me, that all is written, then I do not exist, Si tomorrow
I think that all can meet, each one his way, then I will have had
freedom to choose my road and I exist.
One considers in a homogeneous medium two point sources for example L1
and L2. These two sources are synchronous thus have the same frequency,
and are coherent with their constant relative phase. The two sources
are of the same amplitu...
E: Applications of the fifth
Universal Law "applied logic"
The association of several
thoughts creates an entity which will have its own laws and its own
existence, in the same way the association of several particles will
form a unit which will have its own existence and its own laws.
If one it is me, if all it is us. So a little bit of me it is not yet
me. What am I? Perhaps an entity which is in an entity which is made up
of entity. Who to respect? Does each entity have its laws, which are
the laws of globality?
IV: Proposal of the thought
Observation, the experimentation
A1: Mechanism of the feeling.
Though the feeling is a primarily psychological phenomenon, since we
are aware of it, it takes place however only under certain physical and
physiological conditions, which can be brought back to three principal:
A1a: The external objects immediately act either (tact, taste), or by
the intermediary of a medium (sense of smell, hearing, sight, thought)
on the bodies of the sences. Absence of body, absence of feeling.
A1b° the action exerted on the ends of the nerves which end in the
bodies transmits in all the course of the nerves which make communicate
the bodies with the brain. Indeed, any lesion of the nerves stops or
deteriorates the feeling.
A1c° the action is communicated in the centers, either with brain,
or with the marrow, which transmits it itself to brain. Indeed the
lesions of the centers can prevent the feeling, in spite of the healthy
state of the nerves or the bodies. Such are the conditions common to
all the feelings: we will not indicate the particular mechanism which
belongs to them this being of another field of specialist in
A3: The taste, the feelings are soft (sugar, milk), bitter (quinine,
gentian), acids (vinegar), burning (strong liquors), etc; but these
distinctions are very insufficient to express the considerable number
of savours which the various food or drinks can produce.
A4: Hearing, One can distinguish in the sound different point of view:
a° quality; b° intensity; c° volume; d° the tonality;
e° the stamp.
A5: The sight, the sight in black and white, the sight color, after a
strong luminous excitation one does not see any more but in black and
A6: Tact, the touch can be soft, hot, silky...
A7: The sense of smell, the flavours are multiple as for the taste.
A8: The thought.
This being the proposal carried out, I passed quickly on the first five
sences, for better devoting me to the proposal. As it is known as from
the very start the physiological aspect is another subject and I add
that this text does not seek to know which or what activates this sence.
A8a: One can distinguish in the thought different point of view: 1°
quality, 2° intensity, 3° quantity.
A8b: It is possible to increase the possibilities of this direction
using tools called ideas.
A8c: The thought being a sence, is permanently in awakening, which
explains the dreams.
A8a-1: I think that there are three qualities. First is without
reflexion order 1, in example a conditioned being. Second is based on
the comparison order 2, in example an animal which compares two ways to
know which it will borrow. Third is characteristic of the man and
utilizes the most level of reflexion, in example the creation of the
texts of the Humans right of 1789 third order.
A8a-1-1: A saturating repetitive thought is of order 1.
A8a-1-2: The thoughts related to the other sences are of the thoughts
of order two
A8a-1-3: Detail on the origin of an accelerated thought. The origin of
a thought obeys the law of the origin which I described on my report of
1993 for a physical phenomenon: a thought appears provocant a new
thought which maintains and amplifies the first thought.
A8a-2: There are several levels of intensity, the most intense thoughts
actuate another mechanism of the brain which has its own laws: memory.
A8a-3: It happens that the thoughts submerge us and create what we call
of the emotions. It is not rare that the people confuse the intensity
with the quantity, although these two qualities are completely
A8b-1: the use of the ideas, the principal rules are those:
A8b-1-1° the observer must know its ideas, for example, know
exactly which is the quality which influences it (A8a-1). In example I
the idea of Florian begins again. A cyclist strolls some approaches a
dangerous turn, the first idea which starts its thought is that of the
protection of its body, some calls it the instinct, this idea
conditions our survival and as we can notice it on this example, it is
essential. This is an idea which starts a thought of order one. Then we
compare the state of the road, the presence of gravel, the effect the
speed on this type of turn, this is a thought of order two, and is it
also essential. Finally we reason, we judge, we conceive a speed and an
angle of incidence. This is a thought of order three.
A8b-1-2° it must seek to make them most convenient while adapting
them by some corrections with use for which it intends them. There in
example if I must on the percentage of oxygen with the mountain
according to altitude, it is not used for to me with nothing to know
the percentage of oxygen dissolved in the water of the tap this day.
This idea can be interesting and to speak about oxygen but it will
distract the thought.
A8b-1-3° it must check them; and it must know finally and
appreciate the errors of which they are likely. In example if the idea
that I would be most extremely physically is true while am in a part
with a five year old child, I cannot keep it when I leave this part and
that I cross another person.
A8b-2-1: There are ideas which bring closer the distant thought. In
example the application of the universal laws presented in this work.
8b-2-2: There are ideas which increase the thoughts. In example, I do
not manage to move an object because of his weight, the idea that I am
not alone or that there are tools for lifting, will open the thought
(how to move the object) on other thoughts. In other words of a thought
using an idea I obtains several thoughts.
A8b-2-3: There are ideas which make it possible to start the memory to
memorize the thought. In example the idea that a thought is very
important to see vital, will create such an intensity that the thought
will be put in memory in the form of idea.
A8b-2-4: There are ideas which make it possible this to concentrate on
a thought. In example the idea that it is necessary to eat to live,
will generate thoughts on how to find food.
B: the experimentation
B1: One notices with the use that the accelerated thoughts will have
several characters whose principal ones are the specific thoughts:
B1a-1: the bright thought, it is an obvious thought for example I thus
think I am;
B1a-2: the clandestine thought, it is a thought which is diffuse but
which allows coherence without really appearing;
B1a-3: the thought locates or collective, it is a thought in which have
finds in a clear way of the laws which govern several other thoughts.
B1a-4: the crucial thought, it is one of most important because it with
is crossed logics, knowing that when a logic is started it is very
difficult even impossible to use another logic.
B1a-5: the fugitive thought, it is a thought which varies depending on
the state, it is interesting because it indicates the state to us in
which we are;
B1a-6: the thought bordering, it is the thought hinge between two
B1a-7: the solitary thought, as its name indicates it it car is enough
and is independent.
B2: One still notices with the use that so that a dialogue can be
established, it is necessary to use two thoughts of identical quality.
In example it is useless to use the arguments of a third order thought
to a thought of order 1, or to reason a fully conditioned being.
B3: Experiment one still notices that the thoughts being limited in
their use, the heart (or what you will want) found the means of
prolonging them or to supplement them by the means of the ideas.
By the accelerated thought, one holds note of the fastest ideas and
most delicate. Thus the thoughts are centuplicated by the reflexion,
and can arrive at the last precision; moreover, each one can be created
with itself of the new ideas for the particular order of the thoughts
which it proposes...
V Description of the MUSE.
This summer 1993, only sitted
with my table, silence with-inside, the window vibrates of the truck
which passes, the noise of the outside, I dream.
I dream with my success, I dream with success of my future report, I
dream of this channel and these originators. This channel which starts
from Beaucaire in Nourriguier is so capricious that its level varies
beyond the limits fixed since these sluice valves, sources of the
essential element, were motorized.
The dream imagines, the dream built an idea which emerges only in the
dreams, an idea which solves the impossible equations.
Only a dream can blame it in what I believe, calling into question the
base of my assets, to call into question time. But the urgency, the
channel, the report, it is necessary to succeed. The will pushes and
can imports my beliefs only the effect counts; it is necessary to test
if not the hope flies away, the dream dies out.
All precipitates, the act follows the thought, the model gives figures,
the figures are introduced into the regulator of the sluice valves, and
the observation, calms it are essential, the impetuous horse is
overcome. The level of the channel, quite wise, does not move away any
more a this set point so expensive to the ruler. A few days of suspense
still, of the times that a particular character has escaped with the
observer. But not, I did not forget anything.
The joy and misery meet, the joy of the success of the report, the
achieved objective but the misery of this madness pushed by the dream
which made me imagine another world.
I do not dare in speaking, even with this helping hand which helps me
during the drafting of the report, I remain on the figures on the
abstract. This other world I see it, it is so different, it is only one
dream, reality is well there. I must prove with the dream his state of
dream, to present it at the concrete one.
But surprised, in front of other sciences the dream resists and
persists; it is time to make return thanks to the dream, perhaps that
the understanding of one of the persons in charge for the units of
search for Montpellier or a specialist in regulation will be able to
destroy this dream? But not, the bases that I gave to them seem them to
be able to be subjected to publication. The dream does not want to die,
then I fall asleep and my will gains the dream in December 1993.
This day, there remains about it a controlled channel, a satisfactory
note of diploma and the remainders of a forgotten dream.
It is a long time now, I had dreamed of another world, a world where
time would be perfect, where time would belong to us. Each one it his
at the time, for the one day old child, the day would be its life, the
year the infinite one; for the adult the day would be the moment, the
year less and less until this which resembles that of front, until
almost nothing. Balance, death would be only the end of a tiring
repetition. If it is not this paradox which pushes the moment with a
new life, a new eternity for each experiment, and which hangs up again
us with the life, its richnesses whatever the moment and the age. And
these physical phenomena without respect for the Humanity which copies
us until in the mechanisms of our thought. These physical phenomena
which want to be well revealed, to clear up itself with the proviso of
having the same rights as us over time, an individual time proportional
at the origin and of more exponential. But each phenomenon should have
its watch its measurement! The social systems not wanting to remain
alone in a comparative time, would claim a deductive time granted to
the man, to the physical systems. A time which would remove the
jealousy and the zero.
The laws presented in this work
are assumptions resulting from a part of the philosophy which is logic.
A direct application of these laws would be possible on sciences like
mathematics, physics, biology but they could not be used without morals
on social sciences, well which are essential. An example on justice is
quoted a little afterwards.
We can also notice the innovative character of these laws. Even if they
represent a projection, their direct applications represent such a
change of our reasoning, and our perception of the universe which
surrounds us, that it is preferable that this change is carried out by
I think that justice is the most advanced science our time, and
moreover it uses a moral concept, therefore apart from my subject,
which enables him to evolve/move with the company. I do not speak about
the laws and about the decrees voted by the French National Assembly
even if I have the largest respect for the "Declaration of the rights
of man and of the citizen of 1789", I speak about the method used by
this science which uses thoughts of order three by respecting several
of the laws that I stated higher. In example the quotation of Frederic
Sillam: "the question of the individual circumstances only applies to
the level of criminal jurisprudence. Explanation: In civil law, the
Judge applies the law in abstracto (reference to the "good father of
family", or to the good expert, good craftsman etc... if the litigation
touches the profession one refers to the good practices of the
aforementioned profession). In Criminal law, one judges prevented in
concreto, such as it was at the time of the facts. It is a consequence
of the psychological element of the infringement: Example: flight =
fraudulent appropriation, one takes a thing by knowing that it is the
property of others, therefore it is necessary that prevented was able
to know that the thing belonged to others, and knew it. Then the right
adapts, evolves/moves: even concept of professionnel/non-professional
(right of consumption, clauses abusive) concept of contract of adhesion
(appeared in jurisprudence related to the responsibility, transverse
with the right of consumption), and well all right of consumption
In other words, I think that we can say that the richness of
jurisprudence is induced by the induced laws of the thoughts of order
three (reason, the judgement, and design).
I thank my wife and my son who
granted time to me to write this book. I thank my mother and my father,
my brothers and my sisters, my family in his totality for all the
attention which was given to me.
I thank also Florian Minici which helped me to accept the thoughts of
order two with the example of its walk en.vélo, and I thank
Clément Soullard who with Florian Minici helped me to build the
text on the thought presented like sence.
Hypothesis on time
